It's June already and in my part of the world it's raining all through out the day.
My dog Gretta especially loves the sun... Too bad she is not getting enough sunshine these days due to two shallow low pressure areas in my country (I pray that wont develope into a storm).
Rain, rain, go away come again another day my little gretta wants to play! We.... hahahah I mean me and gretta will always sing that when we are seeing dark cloudy skies (at least thats what I think). To my desperation I even tried doing Sarah Geronimo's famous dance- ofcourse all Filipinos know that, the "sun dance" with fingers twitching and feet bouncing hmmm, cute.
With my umbrella, raincoat and rubber boats I am off and ready to hit the rain, but what about my gretta? Well she too is combat ready for the rain. I bought her a dog raincoat online, thanks to the internet I dont need to step out of the people packed mall to shop. This really saves me time, money and effort. I got her a red raincoat with reflector sewn with it, so the bad jeepney driver's termed in our language as "kaskasero" wont run over my lovely furry friend.
My dog gretta now is ready to take her regular walks, even though it's raining her dog raincoat lowers her chance of catching colds. So Grettta say buh-bye to paracetamol.
Try gettig your dog their dog rain coats, rain is not an excuse to go out and have fun. Because it's a fun, fun, fun wet world out there!
